David, now you know: I’m odd☺️. My grand-children use to say that I’m crazy. And my son told me that I was as crazy as austere. It’s strange but I can see myself in that. Thank you for the reminder, David! I just took myself on a mini-vacay to do just that! It was wonderful to do nothing but float around in the sea, watch the sun go down, and the full moon rise over the water!
That sounds absolutely beautiful Donna! I think there’s something so special about giving yourself permission to slow down and simply be present with the world around you. I’m so happy you took that time for yourself, the sunsets, the sea, and the moonrise, wow..wonderful!^_^
I went into a dark room when there was too much sunlight giving me a headache. ( and drank some water)! Or sat in the sun when the room got too cold 🥶!
I woke up this morning with squinting eyes and my "paws" up to my chest as if to complain about how early it was!🤣🐈⬛
Haha, I like that thought! I’m not sure but I’ve never seen a cat wake up and say, “I really should have chased that toy yesterday”, I think they just enjoy being here right now.^_^

Yes, there are certain areas in the foot when massaged that are conducive for brain activity that’s according to Asian practice.
