I don't feed them, yet I'm getting a sense they know me. They left a toy by my bedroom windows (actually because it has bushes outside my window, the toy was near the fence) when I had a seizure several days ago.
What do I do about it? I'm highly allergic to cat.
Is there a no kill rescue that can come and get them? I’m in the process of moving to a new house and I have a small colony of feral cats. I have put out the feelers in my community with two cat rescue nonprofits and I have some live traps ready for transporting them.
My heart hurts for feral cats. To think that nine times out of 10 it begins with people not fixing their animals or just abandoning them.
Hey Christine! First off, I want to say how amazing it is that you’re helping these kitties—you're truly making a difference. It can be tough, but you’re on the right track!
There are no-kill rescues and TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs that specialize in feral cats. Since you’ve already reached out to some local nonprofits, I’d suggest contacting feral cat-specific rescues or even vet clinics—they often know of groups that can help with relocating or rehoming ferals. You can also ask your animal control service for recommendations.
It’s heartbreaking to think about how many of these cats end up this way, but the good news is, there are people like you working to help. You’re doing incredible work, and even small steps make a huge difference. Keep going—you’ve got this!
Yes I guess it can include feral feline. Sorry to hear that you're allergic. Perhaps you can observe and leave some food out for them from a distance?^^
One of the feral felines left a bunch of birds feathers outside my bedroom window the night before....it had been a mocking bird.🤔 was that supposed too be a gift to me?
They definitely observe me!
There's a black that was on the roof of our house and she sat directly above my bedroom 🤣
I love this so much! My friend, Carlos Morales, sent me your way and I’m a fan already💜 Subbed and looking forward to reading more!
Feels great hearing that Liora! Thank you!^_^
Does this include feral feline?

😞I can't feed them. It's on a sign in our neighborhood.
But that's okay. They've been eating flyers(small birds) and we live near a lake, so they might be eating fish 🐟 🤔
Purrfect mind and body stretching... 😻
I look forward to these weekly cat posts 🐈🥰 Thank you David
Thanks Sue, I really appreciate your encouragement!
